MARSHALL, Mich. - Saint Mary's College Golf took home a first place finish at the second MIAA Jamboree of the fall at The Medalist Club in Marshall, MI on Tuesday. The Belles would total to shoot a 312 (+24) as a team. Four Belles finished inside the top 20 while five finished inside the top 25.

Sophomore
Melanie Maier (Richmond, TX) took home joint medalist honors after shooting a one-over 73 on the day. The 73 ties her collegiate low 18-hole score while this is also her third MIAA individual victory. Maier tallied four birdies on the day, taking her as low as three-under on the day, and shot a three-under 33 on the front nine.

Junior
Colleen Hand (Royal Oak, MI) would finish with a T7 with a six-over 78. Hand tallied one birdie on the day while shooting 39-39 on the front and back. She also par'd the final six holes of the day.Â

Seniors
Amanda Melling (East Lansing, MI) and
Breana Harrington (Pinellas Park, FL) followed Maier and Hand with T11 and T16 finishes respectively. Melling would fire an 80 (+8) on the afternoon while Harrington shot an 81 (+9). Both seniors would birdie the par-five ninth hole.

Freshman
Kate Plessinger (Columbus, OH) competed as an individual for the Belles and took home a 24th place finish after shooting an 83 (+11) on the day. Plessinger would also add back-to-back birdies on the par-three seventh and par-four eighth. Fellow freshman
Katharine Swain (South Bend, IN) finished the day with an 88 (+16) and a T38 finish.
