NOTRE DAME, Ind. - Saint Mary's College Golf announced their 2026 fall schedule on Friday. The Belles head into their second season under the direction of Head Coach
Kristin Holt.

The Belles kick off the fall on September 1 for a one-day event at the Trine Kick Off Classic. The event will be held at Trine University's Zollner Golf Course in Angola, IN. Saint Mary's then kicks off fall MIAA play on September 14 with their first MIAA Jamboree in Albion, MI at Marshall Country Club.

They then take their annual trip to Normal, IL to compete in the Illinois Wesleyan Fall Classic on September 19-20 at Ironwood Golf Course. The Belles then return to MIAA play on September 22 for the second MIAA Jamboree at Clearbrook Golf Course in Holland, MI.

Saint Mary's will return to the South Bend area on September 28-29, competing in The Battle at Blackthorn, hosted by Bethel University. They then head on the road for the final time this fall as they compete in the third MIAA Jamboree, back in Angola, IN at the Zollner Golf Course on October 6.

The team finishes up fall play on October 12 as they host the fourth and final MIAA Jamboree at the nearby Warren Golf Course at the University of Notre Dame. The home Jamboree, like all Jamborees, will feature a 1pm shotgun start.

Saint Mary's is coming off their third consecutive MIAA Championship last spring, and their third NCAA Division III National Championship appearance. Last season the team set a program record for scoring average in a season, 318.14, while also setting a program record for a 36-hole tournament score with a 606 at the MIAA Championships, shooting 307-299.

After the graduation of one of the most successful senior classes in program history, the Belles return one senior, two juniors, and three sophomores while welcoming in three first year student-athletes. Senior
Colleen Hand (Royal Oak, MI) and junior
Ella Notaro (Crystal Lake, IL) lead the program as the lone returning members from the team's NCAA Championship appearance in the spring.Â

The two are joined by junior
KJ Walters (Kalamazoo, MI) and sophomores
Nina Notaro (Crystal Lake, IL),
Kate Plessinger (Columbus, OH), and
Katharine Swain (South Bend, IN). Plessinger and Swain saw significant play time for the Belles last season as Plessinger competed in 10 rounds and Swain in 13.

The Belles welcome in three first year student-athletes including
Stella Bernhardt from Ada, MI and
Margaret Deimel from Grand Rapids, MI. The two Michiganders are joined by
Peyton Kauzlick from Noblesville, IN.
