FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. - Saint Mary's College Volleyball junior
Caroline Carens (Naperville, IL) earned her second MIAA Player of the Week honor after posting a career game over the weekend, leading the Belles to their first MIAA Tournament appearance since 2021.

On the week, Carens tallied 29 kills while hitting .338 in the two matches. Defensively she added nine blocks while totalling 35.5 points.

Against Albion College on Wednesday, Carens added nine kills on 21 attempts while adding five blocks for 12 points.

In the regular season finale at the University of Olivet on Saturday, Carens had a career match, leading Saint Mary's to a 3-2 victory, sending them to the MIAA Tournament. She tallied career highs in kills and points with 20 kills and 23.5 points. Additionally, she hit an impressive .395 in the match while adding six blocks, her eighth time tallying five or more blocks in a match.Â

Carens and the Belles will travel to Trine University on Tuesday, November 11, for the first round of the MIAA Tournament at 7pm.
